Accurics currently requires all the SSO User Accounts to be pre-configured.
To do this, please follow the steps as mentioned below:
- Login to Accurics Web Console with an admin account.
- Go to Users and click Add User.
- Specify the First Name, Last Name, and Email exactly as it appears in the SSO provisioned user account.
- Select desired Role and Scope.
- Click ADD.
Please note that though the users receive an email requesting for an account confirmation, it is not mandatory.
Once all the required user accounts are added, please proceed to configure SSO integration of your choice.
